Services Offered

  • If you are interested in buying beef in bulk, we always provide the option to bring in a SIDE, HINDQUARTER, or FOREQUARTER of beef.

    What is a side of beef?

    A side of beef is half of the animal, made up of one forequarter and one hindquarter. When you order a side of beef, you’ll get everything you get in a hindquarter and a forequarter, plus some additional ground meat.

    So what comes in a hindquarter?

    • Rump Roast ~15lbs

    • Sirloin Tip ~10lbs (can be left as a roast, or cut into sirloin tips)

    • Shortloin ~25lbs (Bone-in gives T-bones/Porterhouses, boneless gives NY Strips and filets)

    • Top Sirloin ~15lbs (can be left as a roast or cut into steaks)

    • Round Steak ~25lb (can be cut into stew meat, roasts, or cutlets)

    • Ground beef ~30-40lbs (can be turned into hamburger patties, too!)

    And a forequarter?

    • Ribeye ~20lbs (Bone-in or boneless)

    • Brisket ~15lbs (left whole, trimmed, or cut into point/flat)

    • Chuck Short Ribs ~4lbs

    • Chuck Roll ~30lbs (large portion cut into 2-4lb roasts, remaining portion used for ground meat)

    • Arm Roast ~25lbs (can be cut into roasts, used for ground meat, or have the flat irons taken out)

    • Ground beef ~30-40lbs (can be turned into hamburger patties, again!)

    For sides, hindquarters, and forequarters, all meat will be cut and packaged to your specifications. Note: meat will be frozen upon pickup. Call us at 972-436-6742 if you would like more details, or to place your order!

  • We are able to make a custom batch of sausage. This will be based off of a recipe you provide us. All batches must meet a 25lb minimum.
